The LIFESTREAM Columbus, Inc. Scholarship and Loan Fund

Pay it Forward is a non-profit organization founded by a group of LIFESTREAM Columbus alumni to provide scholarships and interest-free loans to qualified applicants in need of financial assistance. This allows our seminars to be accessible to anyone, regardless of immediate financial ability.

Pay it Forward scholarship and loan recipients are required to select a method to ‘pay it forward’ in a way that benefits our community.

Donations

The fund is made possible through memberships, private donations, sale of class pictures, sale of LIFESTREAM Columbus and Pay it Forward merchandise, and through periodic fundraisers. To apply for membership in Pay it Forward or to make a donation, simply download the instructions on our PIF Donation Form.

Application

To apply for or learn more about a Pay it Forward benefit, download and follow the instructions on the PIF Application Form by fax or mail. You can also obtain a loan application form by calling Deborah Ohler at (614) 755-9952 or emailing her at dohler1@juno.com. 

Note: Pay it Forward Application Forms must be received by the Pay it Forward committee 30 days prior to the start of the seminar for which the scholarship or loan is being requested. This allows time for processing and notification.
